Perf-O-Mate Tooling For Hole Punching Machines

Pierce-All's Perf-O-Mate Tooling system helps keep hole punching costs down and production rates up. Perf-O-Mate round or shaped punches and dies are available in 0 to 1 1/4 to 2 in. and 2 to 3.5 in. ranges. In additional size range -3.5 to 5 in. is available for use in Pierce-All's 50 ton Perf-O-Mator hole punching machines. In each size range, the punch driver and stripping assembly accepts all round or shaped punches within that group. Because punch and die changes are fast, downtime is minimal.

With Perf-O-Mate tooling, it isn't necessary to purchase complete assemblies for each punch, just the punch and die. The resulting savings in tooling costs go right into the profit column.

Versatile Perf-O-Mate tooling is standard for all Pierce-All Perf-O-Mator hole punching machines. Perf-O-Mators also accept tooling for machines of other manufacturers. The wide range of Perf-O-Mate tooling sizes, available off the shelf, eliminates the need for many specials.

Tooling Components Economical Perf-O-Mate Tooling

Perf-O-Mate tooling components to accommodate each size range of Perf-O-Mate punches and dies are available from your local Product/Pierce-All distributor. 3.5 to 5 in. tooling for 50 ton single station only. Allows maximum flexibility on special shapes etc. Using segmented radius tool, up to 10 in. diameter holes can be punched. 4 in. louver tool easily accommodated. Apart from the tool cabinet there are no optional extras on Pierce-All Perf-O-Mators. Our machines are supplied complete with the necessary accessories including Duplicator, Drop stops, Punch drivers, Stripping guides, Die holders etc.

The Perf-O-Mate Die System Is Economical And Simple To Use

Punches in the 0 to 1 1/4 in. size range use inexpensive die buttons and die button holders. All round or shaped dies up to 2 in. are held in die adapters. Dies in the 2 to 3.5 in. size range are placed directly into the die locator ring on the machine table.
